Sincerity is probably the easiest thing to show…but the
hardest thing to fake. If you are not sincere in your praise
or thanks you will get caught out. Guaranteed. So you’d
better make sure that you really mean it.
People respond to others who take an interest in them and
who are ’genuine’.
If you are insincere to someone…it will be etched on his or
her mind forever. Do you remember that nasty
schoolteacher…or that rude restaurant waiter?
On the other side of the coin…never underestimate how
powerful kind words can be. I bet that you can remember your
favorite teacher…or a boss or showed you some respect.

How can you show some sincerity to someone today?
Sometimes…it can be very difficult to accept people as they
are. It’s not always somebody’s ’fault’ that they act the
way they do.
Make an effort to go out of your way to be pleasant to
people – if only for today. Once you open this ’channel’ you
will find that what you ’put out’ will reflect back at you –
and that can only be a good thing.
